Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of two types of immune-boosting antibodies (talquetamab or teclistamab plus a PD-1 inhibitor) in 74 people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goal is to find safe doses and understand side effects. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
