New Triple-Drug attack shows promise against common lymphoma

NCT ID NCT04450173

First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (obinutuzumab, ibrutinib, and venetoclax) in 40 people with untreated follicular lymphoma, a slow-growing blood cancer. The goal is to see if the combination works better than each drug alone at shrinking tumors and controlling the disease. Participants receive all three drugs for a set period, and researchers monitor how many achieve complete remission and any side effects.
