Summary
This study aims to find out if combining counseling and education with an open-label placebo (a pill that patients know has no active drug) can improve quality of life for people with advanced cancer who suffer from fatigue. About 240 adults with metastatic cancer and significant fatigue will be enrolled. The approach focuses on symptom relief rather than treating the cancer itself.
