First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of two treatments—an immune cell therapy (relmacabtagene autoleucel) and an immunotherapy drug (sintilimab)—in 30 adults with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma (including diffuse large B-cell, mantle cell, and follicular lymphoma). The goal is to see if the combination improves the chance of complete remission at 3 months. Participants must be between 18 and 70 years old and have CD19-positive tumors.
