First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving two drugs together—inotuzumab and blinatumomab—is safe and works well for adults newly diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). It is for patients who are older or cannot handle standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the combo can wipe out leukemia cells deep in the bone marrow. About 26 people will take part at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
