New hope for men with advanced prostate cancer and liver spread?

Summary
This early-phase study tests whether combining a targeted radiation drug (177Lu-PSMA-617) with liver-directed therapy is safe for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread to the liver. About 30 participants will receive the combination to check for side effects and see if tumors shrink. The goal is to find a safer way to control the disease when standard treatments stop working.
