New drug cocktail aims to control relapsed blood cancer

NCT ID NCT07479979

First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (selinexor, carfilzomib, isatuximab, and dexamethasone) in people whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to treatment. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps control the cancer. About 62 adults who have had at least one prior therapy will participate. This is not a cure; patients will need ongoing treatment to manage the disease.
