Summary
This early-stage study tests two drugs together for people with HER2-positive stomach cancer or other solid tumors that have spread or can't be removed. The drugs, trastuzumab deruxtecan and azenosertib, aim to kill cancer cells more effectively. The main goals are to find the best dose and check for side effects in about 48 participants.
