New combo therapy hopes to extend life in tough lung cancer cases

Summary
This study tests two new drug combinations (Tedopi plus docetaxel or Tedopi plus nivolumab) in people with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer whose first treatment stopped working. About 105 participants with a specific genetic marker (HLA-A2+) will receive one of the combos or standard docetaxel alone. The goal is to see if these combos improve survival after initial chemo-immunotherapy.
