Summary

This study looked at a temporary device called Comaneci that helps doctors place coils in wide-necked brain aneurysms. The goal was to see how safe and effective the device is in real-world use. 90 patients with ruptured or unruptured aneurysms were treated, and researchers tracked complications, recovery, and how well the aneurysm was sealed.
