Summary
This study tests a 12-week program to help 572 farmers in Ethiopia use pesticides more safely and handle food more hygienically. The program teaches better practices like wearing protective gear and washing produce. Half the farmers get the program, the other half continue as usual, and researchers compare results after 4 more weeks.
