Crayons vs. fear: simple coloring eases Kids' surgery anxiety
NCT ID NCT07203820
Summary
This study tested whether a simple, ready-made coloring activity could reduce anxiety and fear in children before circumcision surgery. Researchers worked with 50 children aged 5-10, comparing a group that colored before the procedure to a group that did not. They measured the children's anxiety and fear levels using standard scales to see if the coloring made a difference.
