First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at 500 adults with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. All patients had both tumors removed in one surgery. The goal is to see if removing the liver tumor first or the colon tumor first leads to fewer complications. Results will help doctors choose the safest order for future patients.
