NCT ID NCT06967155
Summary
This study is testing a combination of three cancer drugs for people whose advanced colorectal cancer has spread and has a specific BRAF gene mutation, and whose first treatment has stopped working. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and control the cancer for longer, while monitoring side effects. About 23 participants will receive the drug combination and be followed for up to three years.
