New pictograms help children put gut troubles into words

Summary
This study aims to design and test simple picture cards (pictograms) that help children aged 8 to 17 describe symptoms like constipation, bloating, and stomach pain. Many kids find it hard to explain what they feel in their gut, so these pictograms could make reporting symptoms easier and more accurate. About 120 young people with lower gut issues will help create and validate the tool.
