Double-Punch treatment aims to shrink tumors before colon cancer surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether giving chemotherapy followed by immunotherapy before surgery can better treat locally advanced colon cancer. Researchers want to see if this approach helps eliminate more cancer cells from the surgical area and improves long-term survival. The trial will enroll 56 adults with specific types of colon cancer who haven't had previous cancer treatments.
