New chemo combo tested to stop colon Cancer's return

Summary
This study compares two different chemotherapy treatments given after surgery for high-risk stage III colon cancer. Researchers want to see which treatment works better at preventing the cancer from coming back. The trial will involve 308 patients who have recently had successful colon cancer surgery. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the mFOLFIRINOX or mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen.
