First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tested whether taking a collagen peptide supplement every day for 8 weeks could improve skin beauty in healthy women aged 35 to 65 who had visible wrinkles. Sixty-seven women completed the trial, taking either the test supplement or a competitor's product. Researchers measured skin elasticity, wrinkles, hydration, and barrier function using special devices, and participants also filled out a questionnaire about how they felt their skin looked.
