First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests if taking collagen peptides daily for three months can improve the skin's natural barrier in women aged 45-70 with dry, sensitive skin. Researchers will compare two different doses against a placebo using a device that measures water loss from the skin. The goal is to see if these supplements can help keep skin hydrated and healthy.
