Summary
This study compares a collagen matrix to a traditional gum graft for improving the band of firm gum tissue around dental implants. Thirty adults with thin gums will receive one of the two treatments during implant placement. The goal is to see if the collagen option works as well, with less pain and shorter surgery time.
