This study tested a mobile app called Collabree to help people over 50 with high blood pressure take their medication as prescribed. 144 participants were split into three groups: two used the app and one did not. The goal was to see if the app improved how regularly they took their pills over 90 days, with a 90-day follow-up. No clinic visits were needed, and participants completed the study from home.
