First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at whether eating a high-fat energy bar helps soldiers perform better in cold weather compared to a high-carb bar. Eight healthy adults will exercise in a cold room after eating one of the bars. Researchers will measure how the body uses fuel and how fast they can complete a 2-mile run.
