First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether breathing in cold vapor can reduce common side effects like trouble breathing, thirst, and nausea after laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery. About 66 adults who have the surgery will be randomly assigned to receive cold vapor or standard care. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach improves comfort and vital signs in the recovery room.
