Brain training tested to help people with depression, anxiety think clearer

NCT ID NCT07506070

Summary

This study is testing whether a computer-based skills training program can help improve thinking, social, and work abilities in people with various mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, or schizophrenia. Participants will first wait 8 weeks, then complete an 8-week program practicing real-life tasks on a computer. Researchers want to see if the training leads to better and longer-lasting daily functioning compared to no treatment.
