Summary
This study tested a new 8-week brain training program designed to help adults better control their emotional reactions. Researchers compared 50 adults who did the training right away to a group that waited two months. The goal was to see if the exercises could reduce impulsive behaviors and repetitive negative thoughts linked to emotional distress.
