This study tested a 10-week, at-home cognitive training program for 9 veterans with major depression and a recent suicide attempt. The program aimed to improve decision-making and reduce depression through problem-solving exercises delivered via video calls. Early results suggest the approach is feasible and may help ease symptoms, but larger studies are needed.
