Summary

This study looks at whether a personalized cognitive remediation program, called RECAMEX, can help people with severe and persistent mental illness improve their thinking and daily functioning. Researchers will enroll 87 adults who have cognitive difficulties and are clinically stable. The goal is to see if the program is practical, acceptable to patients, and leads to better cognitive scores.
