NCT ID NCT04838288
First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looked at 56 kidney transplant patients to see if switching from a twice-daily anti-rejection drug (tacrolimus) to a once-daily version (Envarsus XR) could improve their thinking skills and quality of life. Participants were stable on their current medication before the switch. The goal was to find out if the new drug leads to better memory, attention, and overall well-being.
