First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding mental tasks to balance exercises helps archers shoot more accurately. Thirty licensed archers did balance training for 12 weeks, with one group also doing cognitive tasks like counting backwards. The researchers measured balance, shooting scores, and joint position sense to see if the combined training made a difference.
