Summary

This study looks at how drinking coffee versus hibiscus tea affects blood pressure and heart rate in people who sit for long periods. Thirty healthy adults (15 men, 15 women) will try both drinks on different days. The goal is to learn which beverage may be better for heart health during sedentary behavior.
