Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called cofetuzumab pelidotin in 65 adults with a specific type of recurrent non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has a protein called PTK7. The drug is designed to deliver a toxin directly to cancer cells. The main goal is to see if it can shrink tumors, while also monitoring safety and survival. Participants must have already tried standard treatments like chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
