First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether a high-quality form of coenzyme Q10, a natural substance, can help reduce symptoms and improve daily life for veterans with Gulf War illness. About 192 veterans will receive either the supplement or a placebo, and researchers will track changes in symptoms, physical function, and overall health. The goal is to see if this simple treatment offers real relief for a condition that has been hard to manage.
