Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether an experimental drug called codrituzumab is safe for children and young adults with solid tumors that have returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The trial will enroll up to 50 participants aged 1 to 21 years whose tumors produce a specific protein called GPC3. Researchers will carefully monitor side effects and how the drug moves through the body to determine appropriate doses for future studies.
