NCT ID NCT07728799
First seen Jul 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 28, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This trial tests whether a smartphone app and smartwatch can help Chinese, Malay, and Indian adults in Singapore improve their physical activity, sleep, and diet. Participants receive personalized digital nudges and complete surveys over 12 months. The goal is to see if these tools can boost cardiometabolic health and support healthy aging.

- What this could lead to
- If successful, this approach could offer a scalable, personalized way to improve heart health and prevent diabetes in Asian populations.
