First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of five oral drugs (hydroxychloroquine, metformin, sirolimus, dasatinib, and nelfinavir) to see if they are safe and can control advanced solid tumors or relapsed prostate cancer. The trial has two phases: first finding the safest dose, then checking how well it stops cancer from growing. About 76 adults with advanced cancer who have not responded to other treatments may join.
