Summary
This study tests a drug called Coagadex in 15 adults with acquired factor X deficiency caused by AL amyloidosis. The goal is to see if it safely stops bleeding episodes and helps manage bleeding during surgery. Participants receive the drug and are monitored for response over 72 hours and beyond.
