Summary
This study tests whether coaching doctors and nurses in leadership and communication skills can improve ethical decision-making in hospital teams. About 360 healthcare workers and patients from 10 departments will take part. The goal is to create a safer environment for discussing sensitive issues, especially for patients at the end of life.
