Summary
This study tests whether a coach-guided, personalized risk communication tool can help prevent major depression in adults at high risk. Researchers will recruit 1,000 participants across Canada and follow them for 12 months. The tool provides personalized risk information and evidence-based self-help strategies to motivate early action and reduce the chance of a depressive episode.
