Summary

This study tested a chemotherapy drug called thiotepa, given directly into the spinal fluid, to prevent lymphoma from spreading to the brain or spinal cord. It involved 31 adults with high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The goal was to see if this approach is safe and effective at reducing central nervous system relapses.
