Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new cell therapy called CNCT19 in 18 adults with relapsed or treatment-resistant autoimmune neurological diseases like neuromyelitis optica. The goal is to see if it is safe and can reduce symptoms by targeting faulty immune cells. Participants will be monitored for side effects and signs of improvement.
