Summary
This study looks at whether stopping the anti-CMV drug letermovir based on a patient's immune system response can prevent CMV infections better than taking it every day. It involves 105 stem cell transplant recipients who are at high risk for CMV reactivation. Researchers will monitor safety and side effects to see if this tailored approach works.
