First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026

Summary

This study will enroll 60 adults with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 1A (CMT1A) to see if wearable activity monitors can accurately measure their daily movement at home. Researchers will compare sensor data with standard clinical tests to find better ways to track disease progression. The goal is to improve patient monitoring and help design future treatment trials.
