Summary
This study looks at how different hospital setups for chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) care impact patients' quality of life. Researchers will ask 2,000 adults with CML in Lombardy, Italy, to fill out questionnaires about their physical, emotional, and social well-being. The goal is to understand which care models work best, not to test a new treatment.
