First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study is for people newly diagnosed with a type of leukemia called chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). It tests whether adding a drug called ASTX727 to the standard treatment dasatinib can better control the cancer. About 70 participants will receive the combination and be monitored for side effects and how well the cancer responds. The goal is to see if this approach leads to deeper remission than standard therapy alone.
