Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called CMAB017 in about 55 people with advanced solid tumors (like head and neck, colorectal, or esophageal cancer) that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it shows any signs of shrinking tumors. Participants will receive the drug and be closely monitored for side effects and how the drug moves through their body.
