New injection tested for people with Hard-to-Treat chronic hives

NCT ID NCT07166211

Summary

This study is testing whether an investigational injection called CM512 can help reduce the severity of hives and itching in adults with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) who still have symptoms despite taking standard allergy medications. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the CM512 injection or a placebo injection, and neither they nor the researchers will know which one they get. The main goal is to see if CM512 safely reduces hive and itch activity over 16 weeks compared to the placebo.
