Summary
This study tests an experimental injection called CM512 for people with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) — long-lasting hives with itching and welts that don't go away with regular allergy pills. About 48 adults will receive either CM512 or a placebo to see if the drug reduces hives and itch over 16 weeks. The goal is to control the condition, not cure it.
