Summary

This study tests whether combining progressive relaxation exercises with a therapeutic clown can reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in children aged 6-10 before circumcision surgery. 162 children will be split into three groups: one doing relaxation with a clown, one with a nurse, and a control group. Researchers will measure anxiety, fear, heart rate, and blood pressure before and after the intervention.
