Summary
This early-stage study looks at how the drug clofutriben is processed in people with moderate kidney impairment compared to those with normal kidneys. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood after a single dose. The goal is to see if kidney function changes how the drug behaves, which helps guide future dosing. The study plans to enroll 16 adults.
