Summary

This is an early-stage study to test the safety and tolerability of a new drug called CLN-978 for people with moderate to severe lupus. It will involve about 24 participants who have not responded well to at least two standard lupus treatments. The main goal is to see how safe the drug is and how it behaves in the body, not to prove it works yet.
